Exploratory Herbal Mentorship is a potent offering that works with Indigenous ways of learning about Herbal Medicine - through working with the Plants directly. Connecting with the Plants, deepening relationship, and learning through shared wisdom & knowledge. Learning through experience & tending to your relationship with self as well.

During the 3.5 months of working together, you will work with 5 different plant medicines (and 1 BONUS Plant Medicine for integration), each in a unique form - tincture, flower essence, oil, etc. You will spend a half moon cycle, or two weeks, with each Medicine. Cultivating a deeper relationship and understanding of the Plant's Spirit and Physical Medicine properties. Understanding practical applications in when to work with them, and how.

We will be journeying with 6 NEW Plant Medicines, different from previous cohorts.

This offering is self paced, though we flow together with each half Moon. It is adaptable to your rhythms & routines, and meant to be supportive.

During each half Moon phase, you will be guided to work with the Medicines through ritual, shared recipes, Plant Spirit messages, as well as an in depth Herbal Monograph* (typically 14-20 pages, PDF and downloadable for you to keep).

You will also be a part of our virtual Medicine Circle via Teachable & a Facebook like community where we will gather to share what Medicine we are receiving from each plant - this may be through dreams, through direct knowing, through physical changes, shifts in perspective, mood, or any number ways of understanding the Plants on a deeper level. I share prompts & check ins as well, to guide your journey.

When we share our stories, and how the herbs impact us, we begin gather a broader and more whole understanding of the Plants. Similarly when we learn this way through teachings we gather a wider perspective. Understanding the Plants through various perspectives heightens our ability to work with Plant Medicine effectively. We learn which people might benefit from which plants, we learn their energetic & esoteric properties, and we may match them accordingly. When we discern which plants to use during certain times & with what type of person/symptom/energy, we become better practitioners & healers. This includes working with them for personal healing, home herbalism, community work, and relationship as well. Learning from one another is also beneficial, in circle vs. learning from one perspective or Teacher (the Plants themselves being our main Teachers in this offering :)).

As we all work with these Plants together, we expand our ability to understand their nature, Spirit, while weaving shared connection with one another. Remembering this belonging - it isn't uncommon for similar threads of experience to start popping up among the circle as we access each Plant's wisdom. Often we may share similar dreams & synchronicities as this container is held, and amplified, through each one of us being present to the Plant's Spirit. It's a really special offering, and one dear to my Heart, as I longed for this type of learning while in Naturopathic Medical School. While the chemical constituents, dosages, interactions, energetics etc are vital, so is our relationship with the Plants, the Land, ourselves & one another.


We will be journeying with & learning about: Wild Rose, Milky Oats, California Poppy, Hypericum {aka St. John's Wort; in topical form so no interactions}, Reishi & Seaweed {Fucus!} as our BONUS
