All of the Monographs are also downloadable, some students have chosen to make beautiful bound books with their lessons.

This course is meant to flow with your Life & be supportive in your schedule. We spend a full 2 weeks with each Medicine, so there is plenty of time to get to know them. Some folks may choose to work with our Medicine for 1-5 minutes a day, just noticing their dreams + how they feel through the day + thoughts + changes in Body, etc. Others may spend more.

There is a Plant Medicine Ritual component with each Medicine. I suggest spending 15-20min in deeper connection at least once during the 2 week span. The monographs are a meant to act as a resource for you indefinitely, like a book. Each one is about 15-20 pages, which includes recipes + rituals, you have the full 2 weeks to read them - or you may choose to just skim them & read the ritual. And come back to them when you have time!

Overall, the intention is for the Medicines to hold you, guide & teach you in your already full life. There is no 'behind' in this offering. Wherever you are is where you are meant to be!

Exploratory Herbal Mentorship is completely self + Moon cycle paced :)

Every half Moon cycle you receive an in depth Plant Medicine mini e-book for the Plant relative we are journeying with, including rituals, Plant Medicine recipe(s), clinical insight + Plant Spirit Medicine. All from an experienced herbalist, Naturopathic Doctor (practitioner knowledge), Indigenous Plant Medicine person. This information isn't found in other herb books....

You will also receive 6 FULL size Plant Medicines to journey with alongside the written material. There are no live sessions as folks join from around the world, and we are attuning our rhythms with these Plant kin from where we are.

There is also a community circle space you can join, where I post regular check-ins, insights & students can ask me questions throughout the entire 3.5 month period!
